USER RESPONSIBILITIES - You are solely responsible for the content you stream using our application. - You must comply with the terms of service of the platforms you stream to (e.g., YouTube, Facebook). - You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS - Premium features require a paid subscription. - Subscriptions are managed via our backend and are tied to your Device ID or Google Account. - Refunds are subject to our refund policy and handled on a case-by-case basis. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY StreamCam Pro is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages resulting from stream interruptions, data loss, or account suspensions by third-party platforms. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Techjei Technologies. 6. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
